I had the exact printer years ago and it went everywhere with me . It was a fantastic printer until my last move when a roommate who was blind ran over it with a wheel chair. Sadly it had to be replaced , I'm glad I was able to get the exact model as before and it's  been just as good as the last one! Thanks Canon.

Excellent printer

I purchased this Canon printer as a replacement for a PIXMA MG3520 printer I had for many years.  I stayed with this series because of its dependability and excellent print quality.  Setting up the new one was so easy and it immediately connected to my WiFi network.  I highly recommend this printer.

Great printer for the price. I have been buying a few other year during Canon's "Black Friday Sale" for our office. Seems to print good quality prints too. I print 10-30 pages (copy paper) daily and this printer holds up for about 2-3 years before the "overflow ink tray" fills and will no longer work. Others in my office have had theirs for 4+ years since they do not print often.

Worked great for basic use. I have had issues with connection when I lived in a small town, but not anymore. The wireless works well from my phone, too. Print quality is sufficient. Haven't tried photo printing.

Great for everyday stuff.

The Canon PIXMA MG3620 does the job for printing and scanning.  The directions and user guidance provided neglects to note that to enable wireless printing if you have a dual band router, the computer must connect to the same band that the printer connects to.  The Canon printer only connects to the 2.4GHz band.  If the printer is connect to the 2.4 band and the computer connects to the 5GHz band, they are unable to communicate.  It does a good job of printing and scanning.  It has a very useful feature in that it can print on both sides of the paper.  Many similar models are not able to do double sided printing.

PIMA MG 3620 Black wireless.

It was an excellent printer when I first brought 7/22/2017.  This month 10/2020 changed the cartilage, the printer no longer prints clear.  When I print all images are ghostly and smudged.  I deep clean, performed alignment with poor results.  I even replaced the new ink tank and installed a new black ink tank, did the maintenance procedures and same results (ghostly images and smudges.  This is my third canon printer.  I am done buying Canons printer.  All three printers I owned stop functioning properly going on three years.  It's as if Canon makes and design their printers to last three years in hopes you buy a newer model

Same issues

In July 2023 I ordered canon printer, could never get this computer to go online, after trouble shooting for months, this took time for I am 66 years old, and needed others to help on their free time. by Dec 2023 my refund had passed with walmart, they did not have tex support nor willing to help.  I am sorry that I have been a great customer to walmart for many years spending 100.'s of dollars  and they did not care about me losing out on a 60.00$ printer. I have no money to replace this broken printer  Manufacturer may not help me because of my online receipt and not a receipt from the store.

Do not buy printers from walmart

Wi-Fi doesn't set up
Ink dries up quickly.
Too complicated for its own good. Needs simplified or more buttons
Run out of color ink won't print black with new cartridge. 
These are exactly the problem with consumer products filling up landfills

Disposable and a pain

I needed a printer for working from home because I had an HP printer that died. I got the Cannon and was able to pair it with my phone. After printing about 10 pages of labels it stopped printing the whole page and the colors were not printing properly. Yes, I changed the ink. I then needed to print some paperwork off for my work and could not connect with my computer. It asks for a code, which is not located on the printer and the crappy display doesn't show any code. So it looks like I will be going back to Hp since I never had any connection issues. Now I just have a cheap paperweight.
